     Mary Dixey was born say 1634.1 She was the daughter of Captain William Dixey and Ann or Hannah (—?—) (Dixey).1 She married Hugh Woodbury, son of William Woodbury and Anne Patch, in December 1650 in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.1

Mary Woodbury was mentioned in her father Captain William Dixey's will dated 21 February 1684/85. She shared equally in the land with her four sisters, Anna Judkin, Abigail Stone, Elizabeth Morgan and Sarah Gale.3
