     Eliza Ann Cordrey was born on 19 March 1836 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio.1,2 She was the daughter of Moses Ayres Cordrey and Hannah Black.1 She married Davis Perry Heminger, son of Davis Heminger and Margaret "Pega" Cordrey, on 13 January 1856 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio.1 She died on 13 March 1878 at age 41.1 She was buried in Bisel Church Cemetery, Fairfield township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio,: Eliza, Wife of D.P. Heminger Died Mar. 13, 1878 Aged 41 y's 11 ms 6 ds.3
