     Andrew Border was born on 17 March 1843 in Hopewell township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.1,2,3 He married Martha Ellen Cordrey, daughter of Moses Ayres Cordrey and Hannah Black, on 12 July 1868.1 He died in 1922.4 He was buried in Bisel Church Cemetery, Fairfield township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio.4
