Catharine Gramlich
     Catharina Magdalena Gramlich was born on 21 September 1855 in Cessna township, Hardin County, Ohio.1,2 She was the daughter of Johann Friederich Gramlich and Friederike Juliana Foit. She married Jacob Ault, son of George Ault and Mary Halliwell, on 28 July 1881.3 She died on 7 April 1948 at age 92.2 She was buried in Grove Cemetery, Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio.3
     
     Catharine and Jacob Ault lived on a farm in Cessna township just across the road from the Gramlich homestead, and later moved on the Samuel Detwiler farm where his son John later lived. After retirement they moved to Kenton.4
