Eula Bee German was born on 18 April 1903.1,2 She married George Poindexter Munson Jr., son of George Poindexter Munson Sr. and Louise Underwood, on 28 July 1930.3 She died of cancer on 3 February 1971 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 67.3,1,2,4 She was buried in Munson Cemetery, Bailey's Prairie, Brazoria County, Texas.2
Eula Bee had two degrees, one from the University of Texas, and one from Baylor. She was a brilliant woman who taught high school English and Spanish in West Columbia and Missouri City. She loved to garden, and her brother-in-law Joe Munson often spoke of the garden he and Eula Bee had together at Bailey's Prairie. She battled cancer for years without ever a complaint.
