     Andrew Hickenlooper Blackmore was born on 30 March 1897 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.1 He married second Margaret Ruth Munson, daughter of George Poindexter Munson Jr. and Eulalia Beatrice German, on 26 December 1976 in Fort Bend County, Texas.2 He died on 5 July 1991 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 94.3
