     Comfort Cordrey was born circa 1805 in Pennsylvania.2,1 She was the daughter of Nathan Cordrey and Dorcas Jane Ayres.1 She married Abraham Black, son of Philip Black Jr. and Catharine Baughman, on 20 May 1824 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio.3
